Ingredients:
2 Liters Raw Milk, Juice of 2 Medium size Lemons , Muslin Cloth to Sieve and tie the Paneer.

Method:
1. Heat the milk , when it boils pour lemon juice and stir it
continuously for sometime, Paneer will Separate from water.
2. Put it in muslin cloth and sieve the water.
3. Put it under tap water for 10 to 15 seconds.
4. Tie the cloth and put it in the fridge in air tight container for 2 hours.
5. Use as per your requirement.
