Tarts with Paneer Filling

Ingredients: 
For -12 to 13 tarts
For the tarts:200 gms Maida,100 gms butter, Pinch salt, cold water.
For the Filling:2 Cup Paneer Fresh, 5 to 6 Spoon Sugar, ¾ Cup thick Curd, 2 to 3 spoon Strawberry syrup, Few drop of Vanilla Essence.
Procedure: 
Method: Mix the flour and butter. Make hard dough by adding cold water. Put the dough in refrigerator for half an hour. Roll the dough. Cut into just like puri. Press into tart mould and prick with a fork. Bake in pre heated oven at 180 degree for 15 to 20 minutes. Cool the tarts. For the Filling: Mix Paneer, Curd and sugar in mixer. Add vanilla essence in it. Make a cone with this mixer and put on the tarts. Pour some strawberry syrup on the filling and refrigerates for 5 to 10 minutes. Serve cold. Variation: You can pour chocolate syrup or any other syrup as per your choice. You can make tarts in advance also.
